Charleston Regional Alliance for the Arts

A new website, events calendar, and fundraising efforts are setting the stage for big changes at the Charleston Regional Alliance for the Arts, whose advocacy reminds us all that arts matter.

Annex has worked with the Alliance for more than a year on various projects. In 2015, we designed and built a new website that puts up to date content front and center, helping them fulfill their mission of advocating on behalf of the arts in the Lowcountry.

We also designed, a new Lowcountry arts calendar that makes event discovery incredibly easy. Users love the fast, dynamic filtering of events, and presenters love the ease of use and increased traffic delivered from the Calendar’s social lift. The Calendar is powered by a new Annex-built platform, CurtainTime, which we will bring to market for other cities in 2016.

We’ve also helped them design a new fundraising tool, the Arts Matter Card. Drawing bold color from their company palette, and images representing common artistic disciplines, this creatively designed card makes donors smile and helps support the arts.
